A PokerStars promotional video has been released in which footballer Neymar Jr. takes aim at KO Knockout Poker stand-ups, which explode into a cloud of red when hit. Neymar Jr. is joined by a few other football specialists and an “extreme martial artist”, all demonstrating incredible skill and accuracy.
Capoeira is mentioned in the video’s title, and many of the moves do resemble capoeira acrobatics, or floreios. However, the difficulty of the movements doesn’t stop Neymar and his costars from maintaining expert control of the footballs they share.
The high production value and creative visuals of this short promotion make it well worth any capoeirista’s time.
